Click on the option ‘Organisation’ from the left navigation bar.
Select the option ‘User Administration’.
Under the ‘Deactivated Users’ tab, use the search box located at the top left of the corner of the screen. Type the name of the user in the search box you need to deactivate.
Click on the name of the user, and a form will be prompted on the right side of the screen.
Locate the check box ‘Deactivated’ at the bottom of the screen.
Uncheck the checkbox to reactivate the selected user.
Click on the button ‘Update User’.
