Click on the option ‘Organisation’ from the left navigation bar.
Select the first option ‘User Administration’.
Under the ‘Active Users’ tab, use the search box located at the top left corner of the screen. Type the name of the user in the search box you need to edit or update details for.
Click on the name of the user and a form will be prompted on the right side of the screen. Click on the ‘Edit’ icon.
Edit the required details. Click on the ‘Update User’ button to update the details.
