Click on the option ‘Organisation’ from the left navigation bar.
Select the first option ‘User Administration’.
Under the ‘Active Users’ tab, use the search box located at the top left corner of the screen. Type the name of the user in the search box you need to edit the password for.
Click on the name of the user and a form will be prompted on the right side of the screen.
Click on the padlock icon ‘Send Password Reset Link’. Note: Click on the phone icon ‘Send Password Reset Link’ if you are using the desktop version of the application.
A dialog box will be prompted requiring the email address of the user and consisting with options ‘Send’ or ‘Cancel’.
Select ‘Send’ to send an email to the user’s email address.
Once you have received an email consisting of a reset password link, click on the ‘Reset Password’ button.
By clicking on the ‘Reset Password’ button, a new window will open.
This window consists of two text fields requiring a new password to be set for the application.
Once the new password is typed in the text field, please click on the ‘Set Password’ button.
Note: Users can also reset password by clicking on ‘Forgot your password?’ link and repeat the above steps.
