If a driver is experiencing issues with their password and needs a reset link sent again, follow these steps:
Navigate to User Administration:
- Go to the Organization tab.
- Select User Administration from the menu.
Search for the Driver:
- Use the search function to find the driver by their name.
Select the Driver:
- Click on the driver's name to access their profile.
Resend the Password Reset Link:
- Locate and click the 'Lock' icon to resend the password reset link.
Advise the Driver:
- After the driver receives the reset link and updates their password, instruct them to log out and then log back in to ensure the new password is applied correctly.
