Assets

Overview of asset information and service status
This dashboard provides real-time visibility into total assets, upcoming and overdue service dates (including odometer readings), as well as expired and expiring permits.

Q: Why do odometer readings sometimes appear inaccurate?
A: Odometer data is user-entered. Inaccuracies usually result from users not following data entry processes. Ensuring correct input relies on consistent adherence to your organisation guidelines.

Q: What does the calendar filter represent—record creation date or last update date?
    A:
The asset data is based on the updated_at timestamp, which reflects when each asset was last modified. If an asset has never been updated, the created_date is used instead, representing when it was first registered on the platform.

Finance – Revenue

Overview of revenue-related summaries
This dashboard offers visibility into revenue by invoice, customer, and consignment. As new features are released, reporting on cost accruals and work in progress will become available.

Jobs Overview

Summary of high-level job counts
This dashboard provides operational insights into delivery performance across consignments, legs, runs, manifests, drivers, weights, and items.

Q: How are different statuses defined—for example, is a “booked” job counted as “Processing”?
A: All jobs with a status that is not “Completed” or “Cancelled” are considered “Processing”.

Jobs Assigned

Job allocation summary
This dashboard helps track upcoming work, showing the volume of assigned and unassigned jobs for today and future periods.

Q: How can I clean or correct my data?
A: In some cases, older data may remain if jobs weren't marked as completed, delivered, or cancelled. The dashboard focuses on current and future activity only. To correct inaccurate records, make sure your users follow your organisation’s standards.
