How to Include Delivery Images from driver on POD Email

If you want to include delivery images from drivers in the Proof of Delivery (POD) emails for your Finance Customers, follow these simple steps:

1. Navigate to the Finance Section:

   • Click on the "Finance" tab or section to access finance-related features.
     
     

2. Access Customer Rates:

   • Select "Customer Rates."

3. Edit Customer Information:

   • Click on the "Edit" icon, which is represented by a yellow pencil next to the customer’s name. This will open the customer’s details for editing.

4. Enable Delivery Images:

   • In the edit mode, look for the option labeled "Include Delivery Images from driver on POD Email."
   • Check the box next to this option to enable it.

5. Save Changes:

   • After ticking the box, ensure you save the changes by clicking the "Save" or "Update" button (depending on your system).
     
     

Note: Enabling this feature will ensure that delivery images captured by the driver are included in the POD emails sent to the customer, providing them with visual confirmation of their deliveries.
