Click on the option ‘Organisation’ from the left navigation bar.
Locate the option ‘App Settings’.
Click on the option ‘Preview’.
Click on the tab ‘JOBS’ located at the top of the screen.
Locate the section ‘Job Automation’.
Locate the subheading ‘Automatically send a copy of the POD to the following additional contact emails, upon delivery’. Click on the text box ‘Email address to include’.
Type a valid email address in the text field. Please click on the ellipses (three dots) and a dialogue box will appear. Please click on the plus ‘+’ icon. This setting will enable users to send a copy of the Proof of Delivery (POD) to the added email address.
To add more than one email address, please click on the plus ‘+’ icon and repeat the above steps.
