Click on the option ‘Organisation’ from the left navigation bar.
Locate the option ‘App Settings’.
Click on the option ‘Preview’.
Click on the tab ‘JOBS’ located at the top of the screen.
Locate the section ‘Job Automations’.
Locate the subheading ‘Automatically send a copy of futile & cancelled job notices to the additional following contact emails’.
Click on the text box ‘Email address to include’.
Type a valid email address in the text field. Please click on the ellipses (three dots) and a dialogue box will appear. Please click on the plus ‘+’ icon. This setting will enable users to automatically send a copy of the futile & cancelled job notices to the additional contact emails.
To add more than one email address, please click on the plus ‘+’ icon and repeat the above steps.
