Customer feedback told us that some of their invoices presented in an untidy state, where there were many $0 charge items. We added functionality to now allow Item descriptions to remain on invoices, but hide the associated $0 value.
To Change the Invoice Setting to Hide $0 line items:
Click on the Finance navigation tile and enter the Security Pin.
Click on Customer Rates navigation tile
Click on the Company Defaults pencil icon to view and edit all customer rate card default settings
Locate the "Hide zero dollar values" check box and tick
Click Update Defaults button
Generate a PDF Invoice to view
