How to change dates and times of Job Events

If you need to adjust the date and time for completed jobs, follow these steps to ensure a smooth process. Please note that the next status timestamp must be greater than the previous one. Failure to follow this requirement will result in an error message.


Steps to Update Date and Time of Completed Jobs:

  1. Navigate to the Jobs Section:

    • Go to the "Jobs" section from the main menu.
  2. Access Completed Jobs:

    • Within the "Jobs" section, select "Completed Jobs" to view the list of jobs that have already been completed.
  3. Select the Job:

    • Find and select the job you wish to update. This will open the job details.
  4. Update Date and Time:

    • Locate the date and time fields in the job details. Update these fields as needed.
  5. Verify Timestamp Sequence:

    • Ensure that the new date and time values maintain the correct sequence. The timestamp for the next status should always be greater than the previous timestamp to avoid errors.
  6. Save Changes:

    • After making the necessary updates, save the changes to update the job record.
