How to record site exit time after delivery

The Bustle driver's app allows the accurate recording of the actual Delivered date and time. However, there was no way of recording the date and time of leaving a site after the delivery was made. This situation arises, particularly for mine sites, where there may be delays or a relatively long drive from the point of delivery, to the point of exit of the site. In January 2024, we released a feature to allow Drivers to also record their Exit Time (after Delivery).

Please note, this is for P2P jobs only at this time.

How to record Site Exit time after Job delivery:

1. On the Bustle Web platform, go to App Settings (not Legacy)

2. Find the "Booked Jobs" section

3.. Tick "Require drivers to record site exit time after delivery"

4. Ensure the drivers are running the latest App from their app store

5. Once the driver delivers their job, a new Popup will display asking for Site Exit time

6. Once the driver enters this time, the Bustle Web platform will then show this as "Completed Time" in the Completed Jobs Tab
