How to add or edit notes in an invoice?

  1. Click on the option ‘Finance’ from the left navigation bar.

  2. Click on the option ‘Invoicing’.

  3. Locate all the invoice summary data at the mid-section of the screen.

  4. Select the invoice and click on the note icon. Type in the desired note.

  5. Click on the button ‘Confirm’.

  6. Note: This will appear as a separate line underneath the charge for this job.
