How to show pickup address input fields in the booking form?

Click on the option ‘Organisation’ from the left navigation bar.
Locate the option ‘App Settings’.
Click on the option ‘Preview’.
Click on the tab ‘JOBS’ located at the top of the screen.
Locate the section ‘Booking Form’.
Locate the subheading ‘Show pick up address input fields in the booking form’. Click on the checkbox ‘Enable for my organisation’.
If you want to enable this option for the portals, then click on the checkbox ‘Enable for my portals’.
By enabling this feature, the pickup address input fields will become visible in the booking form.
