How to create a new address book?

  1. Click on the option Organisation from the left navigation bar.

  2. Click on the option Address Book’.

  3. Select the tab ‘Address Book’ from the top of the screen.

  4. Click on the button ‘Create’. A new address book form will be populated on the right side of the screen.

  5. Locate the section ‘Business Details’. Enter the business name details in the input text fields located under this section.

  6. Locate the section ‘Business Hours’. Enter the business hours details in the input text fields located under this section.

  7. Locate the section ‘Contact Details’. Enter the contact details in the input text fields located under this section.

  8. Locate the section ‘Address Details’. Enter the address details in the input text fields located under this section.

  9. Locate the section ‘Pallet Account’. Enter the pallet account details in the input text fields located under this section.

  10. Select the checkboxes, accordingly, located at the mid-section of the address book form. The checkboxes are ‘Booking Source’, ‘Booking Destination’, ‘Depot’, ’Linehaul Site’ and ‘Inforwarder/Onforwarder’.

  11. Once the form is filled, please click on the ‘Submit’ button.
