What if the destination address does not exist in the booking form?


  1. The destination address does not exist in the booking form because it does not exist in the application. 

  2. Click on the option ‘Organisation’ from the left navigation bar.

  3. Click on the option ‘Address Book’.

  4. Select the tab ‘Address Book’ from the top of the screen.

  5. Please click on the button ‘Create’ to create the address.

  6. Fill out the address creation form and click on the ‘Submit’ button.

  7. Click on the option ‘Jobs’ from the left navigation bar.

  8. Click on the option 'Create Consignment'. Locate the heading defined as 'Select a Destination'. Click on the drop-down list and select the newly created destination address.
