What if the intended customer does not exist in the booking form?

  1. This happens because the customer does not exist in the application. You will have to create a customer in the application.

  2. Click on the option ‘Finance’ located on the left tab pane.

  3. Click on the option ‘Customer Rates’.

  4. Fill out the customer creation form. 

  5. Once every detail is entered, please click on the button ‘Create a Customer’.

  6. After the customer creation, the customer name will appear in the booking form.
