To integrate or switch to Xero, Reckon, MYOB, or QuickBooks, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Organization >> Connectivity >> Connectors.
- If you're currently connected to any platform, you'll see a banner at the top. If not connected to any platform, you'll find a dropdown menu where you can select the desired platform to connect.
- If you wish to change the current platform, click on "disconnect all".
- Let's assume you want to connect with "Xero". Select "Xero" from the dropdown menu.
- After selecting Xero and initiating the connection, you will be redirected to Xero’s website. You'll be prompted to 'Allow access to Bustle', to which you should agree.
- Once connected, a window will appear with settings and options such as sending invoices to Reckon as drafts, using Xero invoice numbers, selecting tax codes, etc.
- Once the integration is complete, the next step is to pair each finance card in Bustle with the corresponding finance card in Xero. This can be done by navigating to Finance => Customer Rates => Edit Customer Card => Align to list in Xero. Once aligned, invoices will sync through to Xero similar to how they do with Reckon.
