How to create a new rate for the existing customer?

  1. Click on the option ‘Finance’ from the left navigation bar.

  2. Click on the option ‘Customer Rates’.

  3. Locate and click on the customer name.

  4. All the financial data related to the selected customer will appear on the screen.

  5. Locate and click on the button ‘Create New Rate $’.

  6. Locate the section ‘Rate Card Details’. Fill out the fields in this section.

  7. Locate the section ‘Additional Charges and Levies’. Fill out the fields in this section.

  8. Locate the section ‘Default Leg Rates’. Fill out the fields in this section. 

  9. Click on the button ‘Update Rate Card’.
