How to make Pickup Photos mandatory for Drivers

Tracking consignments through their transport lifecycle can sometimes be challenging. We introduced a setting that your Organisation's Admin user's can turn on, which will require Drivers to take a photo and attach to their Pickup Leg of their Consignment.

How to turn on Mandatory Photos Requirement for Pickups:

1. As an Administration Web User, click on "Organisation"

2. Click on "App Settings - Preview" to go to the new version of the App Settings page

3. Ensure you are looking at the "Jobs" tab at the top of the page.

4. In the "Booked Jobs" section, find the "Require photo when job is picked up"

5. Tick the "Enable for my drivers" option

Drivers will now be required to upload photos to their pickups, for new jobs assigned to them.
