How to view consignments that are At Depot

At times, Coordinators and Supervisors will want to see what Consignments they have "At Depot".

Jobs where a driver has returned to depot with their pickup, and where the freight has not been allocated, will now be easily filtered with the "At Depot" filter. This will include Jobs where the Job has been assigned to a Manifest, where that Manifest has not been allocated a Driver. These Jobs will display in the "At Depot" filter but will show as "Manifested at Depot".

However, once the Manifest is allocated with a Driver, the Consignment will no longer be considered "At Depot". The workflow for this assumes the freight is loaded on the assigned trailer and no longer on the Depot "floor" awaiting allocation.

To view Consignments that meet the above "At Depot" requirements:

1. Go to My Jobs

2. Go to "Booked" jobs tab

3. On the "Status Filter" dropdown, select "At Depot"

4. Any Job that is Delivered from a Pickup, Received at Depot, and are not allocated a Driver on a Manifest, will be included in the "At Depot" list.
