How to add a Reoccurring job?

  1. Click on the option ‘JOBS’ from the left navigation bar.

  2. Click on the option ‘Manage Reoccurring’.

  3. Select the tab ‘Job Templates’ from the top of the screen.

  4. Locate the job that you want to assign a scheduling from the list.

  5. Click on the clock icon. A form will be populated.

  6. Select the job template ID by clicking on the dropdown list ‘Job Template ID’.

  7. Select the booking time by clicking on the field ‘Booking Time’.

  8. From the section booking day, click on the desired checkbox to select the intended booking days.

  9. Select the repetition type from the radio buttons: ‘Repeat weekly’, ‘Repeat fortnightly’, or ‘Last day of the month’.

  10. Select the available days from the radio buttons: ‘Same Day’, ‘Next Day’ or ‘Next business day’.

  11. Click on the button ‘Submit’ to submit the form.
