How do I manage documents related to a particular job?

  1. Click on the option ‘JOBS’ from the left navigation bar.

  2. Click on the option ‘My Jobs’.

  3. Locate the job that you want to find the relevant documents for.

  4. Click on the job to populate the detailed view of the job on the right side of the screen.

  5. Locate and click on the pdf document icon ‘Manage document for this job’. A form view will be populated.

  6. The form view consists of four buttons ‘Resend Label & Transport Request’, ‘Download Label & Transport Request’, ‘Download Label Only’ and ‘Download Transport Request Only’.

  7. Select the desired option by clicking on the button and a pdf file will be downloaded to the computer.
