What is GPS inactivity timeout, and how is it updated?

  1. Click on the option Organisation from the left navigation bar.

  2. Locate the option ‘App Settings’.

  3. Click on the option Preview’.

  4. Click on the tab Compliance’ located at the top of the screen.

  5. Locate the section ‘GPS’.

  6. Click on the field ‘GPS Inactivity Timeout’. Select an interval time from the drop-down list.

  7. This feature provides an option to mark a particular driver offline if they have not reported a location for the default settings of 5 minutes. The values in the field are noted in seconds. For example, 5 minutes = 300 Seconds.
