How to create a manifest via a QR scanner?

Note: The user should be logged in through the Bustle mobile application to use this feature.
Click on the option ‘JOBS’ from the navigation list.
Click on the option ‘Jobs QR Scanner’.
Click on the option ‘Create Manifest’.
Scan the QR code. A new edit form will load onto the mobile screen.
Click on the button ‘Create Manifest’.
