How to set up an advance shipping notice?

Click on the option ‘JOBS’ from the left navigation bar.
Click on the option ‘ASNs’.
Click on the button ‘New’.
A form will be populated. Click on the dropdown list ‘ASN Trigger’ and select the desired option.
Click on the field ‘Distance’ and type in the distance in kilometers.
Click on the dropdown list ‘Direction’ and select the desired option.
Click on the checkbox ‘Send the ASN email to movement receival contacts’.
Click on the field ‘Provide a new message’ and type in the message. This field is optional.
Click on the button ‘Submit’ to submit the form.
