How do I assign an asset to a job?

Click on the option ‘JOBS’ from the left navigation bar.
Click on the option ‘My Jobs’.
Locate the job that you want to assign to the company driver.
Click on the job to populate the detailed view of the job on the right side of the screen.
Locate and click on the vehicle icon ‘Assign asset to this job’. A dialogue box will be populated.
The dialogue box consists of two drop-down list fields. The first drop-down list is ‘Select An Asset Type’. Click on this drop-down list to select an asset type.
Click on the second drop-down list field ‘Select An Asset’ to select the asset code.
There are three buttons located at the bottom of the dialogue box. These buttons are ‘Save’, ‘Save and add another’ and ‘Cancel’.
To assign the selected asset please click on ‘Save’ and the asset will be assigned to the job.
If you want to assign another asset to the job, please click on ‘Save and add another’.
